HVAC Installer

Job Description: Assist in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in existing homes, new builds, and commercial settings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC and refrigeration equipment per manufacturer specs
  • Work with minimal supervision on customer sites
  • Fit ducts and duct fittings
  • Complete paperwork neatly and on time
  • Perform start-up on AC systems
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Stock company vehicle and return unused parts

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; field experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical codes
  • Familiar with building codes
  • Attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Available for overtime and some Saturdays

HVAC Service Technician

Job Description: Maintain and service HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in residential and commercial settings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair common HVAC problems
  • Calibrate and test system operations
  • Report inspection findings and corrective actions
  • Work safely and follow all safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team to meet client needs
  • Handle occasional installations as assigned
  • Be available for on-call, weekends, and overtime

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years HVAC experience preferred—or will train HVAC grads
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean record
  • Ladder work and lifting up to 75 lbs
  • Pass drug test and background check
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Self-motivated and deadline-focused
